Anthony Anastasi is a Southern California native who studied Photojournalism at San Francisco State University before shifting his focus to studio portraiture. In efforts to deepen his expertise and understanding of the industry, he spent three years working at Milk Studios assisting world-class photographers and refining his style. In addition to running the daily operations of his photography business, he continues to work as a Photo Assistant, contributing to brands like Amiri, Ralph Lauren, Vanity Fair, icon Magazine, and Bergdorf Goodman. Anthony brings his experience, skills, and passion for the craft to every shoot.

Actors
Strong headshots are one of the first steps toward building a successful career. We provide high-quality headshots at fair rates, ensuring you get the looks you need without unnecessary stress. From theatrical to commercial, from newcomers to seasoned pros—we’ve got you covered.
Models
Beyond headshots, we also work with models to build portfolios and comp cards, as well as other creatives who want fresh branding content or eye-catching images for their socials. Sessions can include everything from fashion and editorial to e-comm and beauty—whatever best showcases your unique style.
Digitals
Digitals have long been a staple in the modeling world and should be updated regularly—whether you’ve changed your hair, hit a new fitness stride, or simply matured a bit. More recently, actors are also being asked to provide some form of digitals for casting. These images are meant to be simple, natural, and an honest representation of you—no heavy styling or glam required.

Hair & Makeup isn’t required, but highly recommended for best results. We’re going to get great shots regardless, but opting for professional hairstyling and makeup brings an extra level of refinement and professionalism to your images.

At Anastasi Photography we're all about making your experience as smooth and painless as possible. When you book with us, you'll start off with a phone call so we can get a better understanding of your goals for the shoot, and discuss wardrobe options as well.
When you arrive to the studio on shoot day we’ll review your outfits, go over my portfolio, and decide what lighting and background best fit the vibe for each look. You’ll have a full length mirror to see yourself while shooting, and all the image will be seen in real time on my monitor to watch our progress. The makeup artist will keep an eye on you throughout the whole session, making sure you’re looking your best at all times.
After the shoot, we’ll set you up with a private online gallery where you can download all your amazing photos. You own these photos and welcome to use them however you’d like. One retouched photo is included per look ~, additional edits are $35 each.

It’s important that I provide an inviting and low stress environment for my clients, and feel I do with my cozy loft space and a chill personalty. My studio has a record collection, guitars on the wall, an amazing stereo, and always smells of incense. The natural light that fills the room is incredible and invigorating. I’m someone with calm, friendly energy, who feels blessed having my passion and career be the same thing. I truly love what I do and feel I bring that grateful energy to every shoot.

To secure your spot a $75 deposit is required (addition $75 if you’re hiring hair/makeup), which will be deducted from the total cost of the shoot. I prefer Venmo or Zelle for payment, but if these methods don't work for you, just let me know!
Life can be unpredictable, so I completely understand if you need to reschedule. Please give me at least 72 hours notice so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. The first reschedule is free, but if you want to reschedule a second time, a second deposit will be required.

Time constraints can limit creative expression and hinder the ability to connect with subjects. Therefore, I prioritize creating an atmosphere where our clients feel comfortable & relaxed, allowing me to capture their authentic emotions.
With that said, I usually shoot pretty quick! But I never want a client to feel rushed.
The only timed sesion I do is the Unlimited looks, becuase Unlimited would last forever otherwise!
Anthony gets a 5/5 in all categories! He was receptive to the vision I had for my headshots and got them to me quickly. He and his makeup artist made the process so easy and they were both highly professional. Overall great experience!
